How Pre-Orders Work at ORTU SOLIS

At ORTU SOLIS, we don’t rush. Every garment is made to order in small batches, with time, care, and craft.

The Process

When you place a pre-order, you're reserving your garment in your chosen size during a one-week window.


Once that window closes, production begins.

  • Pre-order window: Open for 1 week only

  • Production time: 4–6 weeks

  • Shipping & delivery time: 1–2 weeks

  • Total wait time: Approximately 8 weeks from purchase to delivery

Because we don’t hold excess stock, each piece is created just for you, for this reason we dont accept returns or exchanges.


This is slow fashion — and it’s worth the wait.

At FOUND, every piece is ready to move into its next home. We’ve taken care to source, clean, and prepare each garment so that when you order, it’s ready to ship.

Delivery Timelines

For local Dubai deliveries, we’ll always try to ship the same day when possible — though this can’t always be guaranteed. Across the UAE, you can expect your order within 1–3 working days. International shipping typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on location.

One-of-a-Kind Sourcing

Every FOUND garment is carefully selected to ensure quality with minimal to zero defects, then thoroughly cleaned before it reaches you. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, with its own character and story. Once it’s gone, it’s gone — no restocks, no repeats. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges, every purchase is final.

Packaging with Purpose

Sustainability doesn’t stop at the clothes. Your order will arrive in packaging sourced from vendors looking to offload unused stock, alongside locally sourced boxes when needed. Our security gum tape is made from recycled fibres, and our ribbons are off-cuts and selvedged edges from garments and our OS range. To remain transparent, our labels, stickers, and notes are still a work in progress — and we’re committed to refining them in due course.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. From our hands to yours, we’ll keep you updated at every step.
